Schedule Requirement: Availability between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Friday; NO WEEKENDS Travel: Must be comfortable traveling between office locations Job Description We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customerfocused Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities * Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement * Guide new patients through required paperwork and serve as a resource for any questions * Perform patient registration with accuracy and attention to detail * Complete insurance authorizations and verifications * Collect copays and ensure accurate payment posting * Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone * Maintain professionalism while multitasking in a fastpaced environment Required Skills & Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in a medical front desk, general front desk, or customer service role * Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and patient communication * Ability to multitask and manage a heavy workload efficiently * Strong computer skills and comfort with learning new systems * Reliable, punctual, and able to work anywhere between 7 AM and 7 PM * Comfortable traveling between office locations as needed Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westerville, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
