The Eller College of Management is seeking dynamic Lead Admissions Coordinator, Online MBA who will strategically manage all applicants who apply to our top ten Online MBA program. This autonomous position includes managing transcripts, admissions decisions, and accurate data entry. The spreadsheet managed by this person requires peak accuracy with consideration for the program's rankings. | Duties & Responsibilities |
Admissions Review and Decision Making: * Conduct comprehensive and holistic review of application materials and make admission decisions. in alignment with program goals, enrollment priorities, and ranking considerations exercising sound judgment , discretion and maintaining confidentiality. * Develop and maintain processes to apply consistent decision criteria that support both enrollment targets and long-term program reputation. Shape the incoming class by balancing academic strength, professional experience in ways that align with ranking methodologies. * Monitor key metrics tied to rankings and adjust strategies accordingly. * Improve and refine workflows ensuring class quality and selectivity to positively influence program rankings. * Review scholarship applications and determine award recipients and amounts exercising judgment within established guidelines, ensuring fair and consistent allocation while supporting program goals. Data Management * Develop and maintain admissions data-tracking spreadsheets to capture applicant evaluation data that align with rankings methodologies. Ensure applicant data is organized, accurate, and ready for rankings submissions. Manipulate spreadsheet structure according to the ranking requirements. * Enter, review, and validate applicant data, including personal information, academic history, and professional background, to support enrollment planning, rankings, and external reporting requirements. Communication * Develop and deliver individualized communications to applicants at various stages of the admissions process responding to their queries. * Implement structured communication workflows for admitted students improving turnaround time. * Serve as a point of contact with campus partners, including Eller departments and the Graduate College and ensure clear effective communication and Coordination. Transcript Management * Receive, evaluate, and manage transcripts to ensure they meet Graduate College requirements. Research and evaluate unique cases specially for international transcripts to determine acceptability. * Compare received documents with application materials and send appropriate follow-up communication to applicants. * Maintain accurate records of transcript status within applicant files. Green Bars Management * Accurately enter and maintain Green Bars for all MBA programs in UAccess. * Create and update class sections using correct section codes and program specifications. * Regularly review populated sections and make adjustments as needed. * Collaborate with campus partners to communicate updates or request changes. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Graduate College policies and procedures regarding admissions.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- One year of higher education experience, admissions, student services, or related administrative role.
- Demonstrated experience with data entry, data management, or maintaining complex records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires independent decision-making.
- Experience with MBA Admissions policies and procedures.
- Strategic experience regarding admissions strategies and rankings.
