Position Overview
This role applies solid technical or business-domain expertise to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives. The individual works independently on non-routine assignments and contributes to process, technology, or service improvements.

Core Purpose

  • Apply subject-matter expertise to improve business operations or support innovation initiatives.
  • Provide technical input for complex issues, including support for acquisitions or strategic programs.
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to development or refinement of processes, tools, and business methods

Impact & Scope

  • Solves non-routine, variable problems using established methodologies.
  • Applies technical, economic, or scientific principles to real-world business scenarios.
  • Works on defined project milestones with measurable deliverables.
  • Influences team outcomes through expertise and structured execution.
  • May provide functional guidance to junior or operational staff

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, develop, test, or implement processes, systems, or technologies within area of expertise.
  • Contribute to project execution with self-management and target orientation.
  • Support development of guidelines, tools, or business processes.
  • Integrate services across functions and collaborate with management stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for incremental improvements in processes or technical components

Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Good technical knowledge in a defined discipline (including theoretical foundation).
  • Understanding of business context and value creation.
  • Ability to apply methods, tools, and principles in varied situations.
  • Structured problem-solving capability.
  • Awareness of compliance, governance, and quality standards.

Experience Profile

  • Typically 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree may qualify as entry at this level.
  • Expected to demonstrate growing independence and accountability.
