Job Title: Azure Security: Azure Security Architect/Engineer

Location(s): Lake Mary, FL

Role Purpose:
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure Azure cloud environments, ensuring adherence to enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.

• Architect and implement Azure security controls (Azure AD/Entra ID, Defender suite, Sentinel, Key Vault, network security).
• Develop secure cloud architectures, landing zones, and guardrails following Zero Trust principles.
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security posture reviews (Microsoft Secure Score, CSPM).
• Lead incident response, security monitoring, and automation improvements.
• Define and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to embed security into cloud solutions.

• Fedramp experience
• Deep expertise in Azure security architecture, identity, networking, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, NIST, CIS).
• Hands-on experience with IaC (Bicep, ARM, Terraform) for secure deployments.
• Proficiency with SIEM/SOAR (Sentinel), cloud threat protection, and vulnerability management.
• Certifications such as AZ500, AZ305, SC100, or equivalent are preferred.
