Job Title: SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO). Location: Boston, MA. Technical Expertise: 15 years SAP FICO experience with deep handson configuration. Strong expertise in at least three of the following: New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers. FSCM (Credit, Collections, Dispute). Asset Accounting (including S/4HANA Universal Asset Management). Product Costing & Material Ledger. COPA. Group Reporting, RAR, and MBC. Solid understanding of integration with SAP SD/MM/PP/PS modules. Experience with S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Fiori apps, and Central Finance is highly desirable. Business & Functional Skills: Strong understanding of endtoend finance processes: RecordtoReport (R2R). ProcuretoPay (P2P). OrdertoCash (O2C). Cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting. Ability to translate business needs into system design with minimal supervision. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Ability to influence decisions across business and IT. Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills. Leadership experience in crossfunctional and global projects.
