The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a visionary Director of Global Enterprise Events Narrative to redefine how we tell our AI story across global events, where strategic, high-impact conversations happen with global brands, C-suite decision makers, and industry thought leaders. This is a high-profile, strategic role that plays a critical part in advancing Adobe's enterprise narrative and strengthening executive relationships across industries.

In this role, you will craft and steward the overarching story that connects Adobe's innovation, vision, and technology at key events globally. You'll collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to bring Adobe's innovation and impact to life through compelling, customer-centric keynotes, breakouts, and event presence.

The ideal candidate combines strategic storytelling expertise with a strong executive presence, thrives in high-visibility environments, and brings a track record of building and scaling events with professionalism, clarity, and impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define, own, and evolve the global enterprise events narrative. Define a clear, compelling overarching event narrative that elevates Adobe's presence across all global enterprise events, ensuring consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment, while enabling flexibility for regional, industry, and audience-specific relevance.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into event storytelling. Partner with enterprise marketing, product marketing, sales, and executive leadership to translate Adobe's enterprise vision, AI innovation, and customer value into powerful event moments (keynotes, sessions, panels, exec engagements, booth experiences, and more) for key customer groups
  • Lead keynote development and narrative strategy across the enterprise events ecosystem. Help write and shape high-impact keynote narratives and speaker briefs, ensuring narrative cohesion across the full event ecosystem (flagship events, industry trade shows, regional forums, executive roundtables, speaking opportunities to name a few), ensuring every moment ladders back to the same story.
  • Partner closely with regional and industry teams. Collaborate with regional marketing, industry marketing, and field teams to adapt the global narrative for local markets, balancing global consistency with cultural, industry, and audience nuance.
  • Scale storytelling excellence globally. Create repeatable narrative frameworks, templates, and enablement tools that empower teams worldwide to execute consistently and with high quality at scale
  • Measure and refine narrative impact. Partner with analytics and marketing teams to assess narrative performance and audience engagement, using insights and feedback to continuously evolve the story.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise storytelling, event strategy, brand narrative, or executive communications, with a strong focus on global and large-scale events
  • Proven experience owning and scaling event narratives globally, including adapting a core story across regions, industries and audience types
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing executive keynotes and shaping key speaking moments for senior leaders
  • Deep familiarity with the full event ecosystem: flagship conferences, industry trade shows, executive forums, panels, speaking engagements, and more
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, with proven ability to simplify complex technology and business value into compelling narratives that resonate with key customer groups
  • Strong executive presence and comfort with working in highly visible, fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams across regions and industries
