Job Description

We are seeking a program coordinator to support the Sinclair School of Nursing's advancement and alumni engagement. This role sits at the center of alumni connection, donor stewardship, and student support and is an ideal fit for someone who enjoys building relationships and bringing meaningful programs to life. You'll work closely with advancement and alumni engagement leaders, faculty, staff, and campus partners to drive key initiatives, supporting donor and alumni relations through acknowledgment, recognition, and reporting on the impact of gifts, and leading giving society tracking and engagement.

A major part of the role includes managing the full scholarship process including reviewing applications, coordinating committees, ensuring students receive awards accurately and on time, and preparing donor stewardship materials.

You'll also play a key role in supporting event logistics and guest services while maintaining a polished, safe environment. This includes creating memorable experiences for the SSON community by organizing banquets, award ceremonies, and signature events, responsible for managing nomination materials, committee coordination, timelines, and run of show details. On occasion and as needed, this role will also assist in support of the Dean, Dean's staff, and the larger SSON team.

Shift

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an occasional need to work during events and activities which occur outside regular core hours

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work with numerical data, review financial documents for accuracy with attention to details, and enter and retrieve financial information from databases/software programs
* Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
* Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships both internal and external with a variety of individuals and groups
* Previous knowledge or experience working with CRM, Power BI or other data management platforms is desired.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Anticipated Hiring Range

Hiring Range: $52,915 to $56,000 annually
Grade: GGS 010
