HOURLY RATE (DEPENDING ON SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): $23.00 - $28.26

SCOPE: Reporting to the Marketing Supervisor, the Healthcare Marketing Liaison I supports business growth through direct outreach to current and prospective referral sources. This temporary, full-time onsite role (Pleasant Hill/Antioch) focuses on building provider relationships, community engagement, and coordinating events throughout Alameda County. The position promotes Epic Care's services, strengthens communication with referral partners, and delivers exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Articulate Epic Care's brand, value story, and key differentiators to targeted constituents and referral sources.
  • Spend three days per week in the field conducting community outreach within the assigned territory
  • Utilize technology, including the physician relationship management system, to plan outreach activities and accurately document outcomes.
  • Represent Epic Care at sponsorships, expos, and community events, and assist in coordinating direct outreach and related marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, organize, and support regular in-service presentations and meetings with top prospects and referral partners.
  • Collaborate across multiple levels of the healthcare continuum, including hospital staff, nurses, and medical professionals to strengthen targeted practice relationships.
  • Provide weekly and monthly activity reports to the Marketing Supervisor, tracking outreach efforts and results.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, operating with integrity and ensuring compliance with Epic Care policies and procedures.
  • Represent Epic Care with professionalism, compassion, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented approach while working independently.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year marketing experience preferred or equivalent in healthcare related field preferred
  • High School Diploma or Certificate required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel preferred
