The Connected Devices team within Ecolab Digital plays a critical role in the optimization and management of Lead-to-Cash processes for connected devices. The Senior Business Process Analyst is responsible for defining project scope and objectives through research and a solid understanding of business systems and industry requirements. This role bridges technology and business needs by recommending solutions that enable organizational goals. Acting as a liaison among stakeholders, the analyst elicits, analyzes, documents, and validates requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. In addition, the analyst will support regulatory compliance, procurement, and quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, strengthen supplier relationships, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

What You Will Do:

Lead to Cash Process Support:

  • Assist in analyzing and improving Lead-to-Cash processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to help ensure smooth order-to-cash cycles
  • Collect and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support process improvements

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Help ensure processes and products meet relevant global regulations and standards
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and assist with implementing changes in collaboration with regulatory teams
  • Support internal and external audits and help resolve non-conformances

Procurement Support:

  • Help maintain relationships with suppliers to support quality and pricing objectives
  • Assist procurement teams in evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability
  • Contribute to strengthening the supply chain through cross-functional collaboration

Quality Management:

  • Support the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies with the Quality team
  • Participate in audits and inspections to help identify and address quality issues
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to help resolve quality-related challenges
  • Assist in managing quality complaints and analyzing trends

Business Engagement:

  • Support communication between supply chain teams and other departments to facilitate operations
  • Engage with stakeholders to help align strategies with business objectives
  • Contribute ideas for innovation in supply chain processes, including the use of IoT technologies and data analytics

Training and Development:

  • Assist in delivering training programs to enhance technical skills and quality knowledge
  • Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement

Position Details:

  • Hybrid position in Naperville, IL or St. Paul, MN

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience or 9 years combined education and equivalent business analyst or business-related experience
  • 2 Years' experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
  • Excellent analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication interpersonal skills and project management skills - the ability to work collaboratively and deliver effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of SAP experience (preferably with Ecolab)
  • Exposure toLean, Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Critical attention to detail and highly dependable
  • Ability to prioritize workflow while utilizing strong time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
