The Department of Athletics at the University of Virginia is now accepting applications for the position of Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach to support various Olympic Sports programs. Duties/Responsibilities:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Minimum Qualification: Education: Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled as a college senior at an accredited institution. Experience: Experience in a weight room setting. Licensure: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the NSCA or Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) certification from the CSCCa. Preferred Qualifications Education: Master's Degree Experience: Experience with Men's and Women's Soccer highly preferred. Experience with GPS/Catapult monitoring preferred. About the Position Anticipated Hiring Range: $45,000 - $55,000, dependent upon qualifications and experience. The selected candidate will pass a background check.
