A Day in Your Life at MKS: The Manager of North America Warehouse & Distribution is the strategic and operational leader for a network of 12 warehouse and distribution facilities across Massachusetts, Arizona, Mexico, New York, Colorado, and Oregon. This role owns the performance of the North American distribution network, ensuring optimal safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, service-level achievement, and operational excellence across all locations. The Manager partners closely with the Sr. Manager of Global Distribution Continuous Improvement to build and execute the long-term distribution roadmap-enabling scalability, automation, standardization, Lean transformation, and operational maturity across the network. This role serves as a leader within Global Supply Chain, supporting strategy, shaping operational priorities, and driving long-term capability development. You Will Make an Impact By:

We are interested in a qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we will not be sponsoring work visas for thisposition,at this time. Salary Pay Range:$109,750-$182,900 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerationspermittedby law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role. Bonus:This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to bedeterminedby MKS [or as applicable].
