The Sales Operations Analyst serves an integral role in enabling the Sales organization to achieve its financial targets and accelerate growth through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Professionals, Services, Technical Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver high-quality business intelligence, reporting, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking broad exposure across the business and engagement at multiple levels within the organization. This role supports the North America Sales organization across multiple business units and customer segments, from large enterprise accounts to emerging growth companies. In collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, the Sales Operations Analyst develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and data repositories that provide visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational KPIs. The role ensures data integrity, streamlines reporting processes, and continuously enhances tools and analytics to scale with business growth. Success in this position requires proactive communication, the ability to manage multiple data requests with accuracy and timeliness, and a mindset focused on automation, harmonization, and continuous improvement to support an evolving and expanding organization.
