In this role you will:



  • Coordinate logistics working with internal and external departments/warehouses to get equipment to final destinations.
  • Project manage the logistics of major account orders that require customer facing interaction.
  • Support service department by being a liaison between GFC and the dealer network. Ensures all departmental tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Gordon Flesch Company customers.
  • Process orders.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and dealer partners for equipment installations nationwide and process all necessary paperwork.
  • Analyze dealer contracts for profitability and renegotiate based on results.
  • Invoice basic and advanced equipment billing in accordance with company deadlines. Review invoices to ensure accuracy, making corrections as needed prior to distribution.
  • Troubleshoot billing issues and resolve as needed.
  • Coordinate moves, adoptions, and renegotiate contracts when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records in GFC's order processing system (eAutomate) and other internal systems.
  • Maintain regular interaction with other departments in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of inter-departmental functions for appropriate escalation of customer issues.
  • Support customer, dealer, and inter-departmental inquiries (and escalated requests) through to resolution.
  • Serve as point of contact for assigned Account Executives and GFC branch contacts.


You should have:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates degree is preferred.
  • 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
