Summary
As a key contributor to the US Ostomy Marketing team, the Product Manager, Ostomy Digital Engagement & eCommerce, drives the digital execution of the annual marketing plan and enhances ecommerce and digital engagement strategies. This role aligns closely with the eCommerce Channel team to accelerate growth across digital platforms and partners with the Customer Experience team to shape and implement social media plans.
This position is based in Libertyville, IL with an onsite requirement of 4 days in office at a minimum. Local candidates within a 35-50 mile radius of Libertyville, IL will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce:
- Oversee Hollister's product catalog, brand presence, and overall performance across key marketplace platforms, including Amazon and Walmart.
- Lead the partnership with thirdparty content management consultants to ensure accurate, optimized, and brandaligned product presentation.
- Manage and maintain the health of Hollister's Amazon Seller Central account, including brand registry, trademark documentation, and identity verification requirements.
- Develop, enhance, and optimize marketplace listings, including product detail pages, A+ Content, and Brand Stores to drive visibility and conversion.
- Own Hollister's marketplace advertising strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and product priorities.
- Execute handson campaign planning, setup, optimization, and performance monitoring across Amazon's Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ad formats.
- Create and manage brandtailored promotional strategies that support broader product and category goals.
Social Media:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across social platforms.
- Collaborate with the global customer experience team to create, edit, and publish content (text, images, video) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor, engage, and moderate user-generated content, comments, and messages to build a positive Ostomy brand.
- Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve social media performance.
- Stay current on digital trends and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
General Web Based Activities:
- Collaborate with the Global Customer Experience Team to maintain and enhance existing websites, QR codes and digital selling tools.
- Partner with other marketing product managers on internal systems such as SFDC, Secure Start Enroll on the Go and other customer-facing platforms.

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge
- Using tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven decisions to boost sales.Turn data into actionable insights.
- Implement SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing campaigns to drive traffic.
- Analyze user experience (UX/UI) to increase website conversion rates.
- Develop digital strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
- Oversee complex, fast-paced, multi-channel projects simultaneously.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Ability to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office package including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Advanced level skills a plus.
Education & Work Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of related experience
Education & Work Preferences
- 8-10 years overall work experience
- At least 5 years of product management, marketing, sales, or other commercially focused experience.
- Experience driving product development life cycles for existing and new products.

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $86,000 - $136,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
