IAM Business Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IAM Business Analyst for a contract position with a major Financial Services company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hybrid position (3 days per week onsite).

Compensation: $50.00 - $57.00, depending on experience

This role will support the mission to provide Privileged Access Management to the organization. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with business units, developers, vendors, and security engineers to lead service account cleanup efforts, socialize security standards, and assist with Privileged Access Management program initiatives. This position involves cross-team communication and functions that could also include automation and process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead service account cleanup efforts and socialize expectations and methods to meet security standards
• Assist with the identification and communication of shared service account usage use cases
• Work cross-functionally with business units, developers, vendors, and security engineers to gather requirements
• Perform impact and data analysis using Excel, IAM services, and Active Directory/LDAP Directories
• Document processes and facilitate remediation efforts, including automation and tooling improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience working with highly confidential data
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
• Experience with Active Directory
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Change Communications
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Desired skills:

• Familiarity with CyberArk
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerShell
• Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault
