Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Lead for a Remote position with a Global Industrial Equipment Manufacturer located in Lisle, IL. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $72.50 - $82.50 per Hour This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership to guide the engineering execution for a rapidly growing, Palantir-based application. The successful candidate will lead a team in building a custom front end, improving backend workflows leveraging .NET, Azure, and Python, and enhancing CI/CD processes. This position is ideal for a leader who can contribute directly to coding efforts while mentoring a team of developers. Responsibilities: Lead development within a Palantir Foundry-based ecosystem Contribute directly to coding efforts in .NET, Azure, and Python Support custom front-end initiatives to improve performance and user experience Help design and build reusable widgets and workflow tools Act as a technical leader within a 20-person team, mentoring developers and promoting best practices Partner closely with architecture and product leadership Improve CI/CD processes and deployment workflows to reduce release packaging timelines Help establish automation and operational excellence Support bi-weekly production releases in a business-critical system Help automate technician scheduling and improve system performance and usability Requirements: 6+ years of software development experience Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, .NET, Azure, and Python Experience working in marketplace-based deployment models Strong CI/CD and DevOps knowledge Experience leading engineers in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities Desired skills: Experience building workflow or operations platforms Exposure to AI/LLMs or advanced data modeling Experience scaling systems under rapid growth conditions Experience improving UX on data-heavy platforms Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
