Product Management Intern

The Product Management Intern will support the team in delivering highpriority initiatives that improve product readiness, enhance documentation quality, and strengthen customer engagement across multiple clinical modules, including Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI), Obstetrics (OB), Pediatrics, and Rheumatology. This role is intended for a student interested in product management within the healthcare technology space and offers meaningful exposure to documentation development, workflow analysis, and customerfacing communication. Throughout the summer, the intern will collaborate with product managers, clinical specialists, and crossfunctional partners, gaining handson experience with the processes that drive product improvements and customer adoption.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Product Management Intern will contribute directly to several impactful projects that support product documentation, training development, and workflow analysis. A primary focus will be updating and refining user guides for the REI, OB, and Pediatrics modules to ensure that clinical users have accurate, highquality reference materials that reflect current product functionality. This work will help improve product adoption and decrease support burden by ensuring documentation is clear, current, and easy to navigate.

The intern will also take part in creating training materials used by internal teams and during customer presentations, helping ensure consistent communication about product capabilities and upcoming enhancements. A significant portion of the internship will involve preparing polished PowerPoint presentations for major industry conferences-including ASRM, ACOG, and NUC-as well as for quarterly user group meetings across REI, OB, Pediatrics, and Rheumatology. These presentations play an important role in keeping customers informed, engaged, and aligned with product roadmap direction.

The intern should demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills to support tasks such as synthesizing information across multiple clinical modules and contributing to the Patient Merge workflow analysis. While not required, familiarity with healthcare terminology, electronic health record workflows, or clinical environments-particularly within REI, OB, Pediatrics, or Rheumatology-is beneficial. Experience with technical writing or userfocused content creation is also a plus.

Collectively, these contributions will expand the Product Management team's operational capacity during a period of intensive planning and customerfacing deliverable creation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate should currently be in a Bachelor's program.
• The ideal candidate is a student pursuing a degree in fields such as Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Biomedical Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, HumanComputer Interaction, or Communications with an interest in health technology.
• Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail are essential, as the intern will create documentation and presentation materials used by both internal stakeholders and customer audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office-especially PowerPoint-is important due to the emphasis on preparing highquality presentations for conferences and user group calls.
