Advantage Technical is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Success Engineer (Field Service Technician) in Black River Falls, WI, earning $26-28/hour. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain HP Indigo digital presses, ensuring maximum uptime and performance at customer sites. This hybrid field service technician role combines deep technical expertise with customer-focused support, including onboarding, operator training, and production ramp-up guidance.

Responsibilities:



  • Install and commission HP Indigo presses
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (AC/DC), and software issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and calibrations
  • Deliver on-site and remote technical support
  • Train operators on press operation, color management, workflow, and quality control
  • Maintain service documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • You'll leverage advanced diagnostic tools and AI-driven support systems to resolve issues quickly and enhance service efficiency.




Qualifications:



  • Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of Digital Printing Equipment field service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, print quality)
  • Experience using a multimeter and reading technical documentation
  • Excellent communication and customer training skills
  • Ability to travel frequently
