  • Lead and motivate inbound sales agents to surpass sales targets
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to foster agent development
  • Oversee daily team operations,maintaininghigh performance standards
  • Monitor calls and performance metrics to ensure quality customer service
  • Implementnew salesstrategies to maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage recruiting, hiring,goal-settingand performance reviews
  • Build relationships with other departments for business alignment

Required Qualifications

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 2-3+years inside sales experience
  • 1-2+ years supervisory experience, preferably in inside sales or call centers

Skills

  • Ability to read, write,speakand understand English
  • Supervise,motivateandoptimizesales teams
  • Recruit and develop sales professionals
  • Strong customer relations and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of Spectrum products and services

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • 2+ years post high school education

Experience

  • Supervisory experience in inside sales or call centers
