Reimagine What's Possible Air Products has an immediate opening for a Maintenance and Service Technician reporting to the Area Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will be located in Northern Indiana, Southern Michigan, or the greater Toledo area. The Maintenance & Service Technician installs, maintains, and repairs cryogenic liquid, industrial, and process gas supply and delivery systems, including pumping, highpressure compression, and gas generation systems. This residencebased role involves daily travel to customer sites, typically within a 200mile radius. Training is provided to support skill and knowledge development in cryogenics and industrial gases. Qualifications:
Physical Demands: Driving, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, crawling, and using hand tools; outdoor work in all-weather year-round. Military experience as a Machinist's Mate, Electrician's Mate, Electronics Technician, Aircraft Maintenance Technician, or Cryogenic Technician is well suited for this role. Technical school graduates with experience in process or electrical technology, industrial systems, electrical power and controls, electromechanical technology, or HVAC are also a strong fit. Related experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical work, welding, construction, vehicle or smallengine repair, fabrication, crane and rigging, fuel industry operations, or general maintenance aligns well with this position.
