What to Expect
You'llown the product strategy and execution for our registration operations platform, focusing on internal tooling and APIs that streamline government registration submissions across North America and South America. This role requires deepexpertisein registration compliance, government policy, and third-party integrations to ensureaccurate, compliant submissions with minimal errors.You'llpartner closely with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Registration Operations, Government Policy, and Delivery teams to define use cases, manage complex regulatory requirements, and build scalable solutions.You'llbe detail-oriented, policy-focused, and comfortable navigating the nuances of registration requirements across multiplejurisdictions. This is a strategic role where your work directlyimpactsoperational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do
  • Define detailed use cases and requirements for registration submission workflows across North America and South Americajurisdictions

  • Build andmaintaincomprehensive documentation of registration requirements, compliance rules, and edge cases by region

  • Design APIs and internal tools that integrate with external registration service providers and government systems

  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all registration processes meet government standards and minimize submission errors

  • Participate in government policy conversations andmonitorregulatory changes thatimpactregistration workflows

  • Work with Registration Operations to understand pain points and translate operational needs into product requirements

  • Partner with Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver registration features and API integrations

  • Conduct analysis on registration submission data toidentifypatterns, errors, and opportunities for process improvement

  • Define success metrics around submission accuracy, processing time, and compliance adherence

  • Iterate on the registration platform based on operational feedback, compliance requirements, and regulatory updates


What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of product management or operations experience

  • Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Strong understanding of government compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements

  • Experience designing or working with APIs and third-party integrations

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, detail-oriented projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, especially for regulatory and compliance topics

  • Experience working across multiple geographic regions with different regulatory requirements

  • Ability to translate government policy and compliance requirements into product specifications

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience in automotive,logistics, fintech, or government compliance industries is a plus

    Expected Compensation
    $112,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
