We are looking for self-motivated and safety-conscious candidates who would like to join our production team in our Buckeye, AZ location!
New employees can earn 55K in total compensation when working at Canam Steel Corp for a 40-50 hour work week. This includes the base rate, shift differential, overtime, retention and production bonuses. There are additional ways to earn including referral bonuses and mentoring incentives. Position is full-time with benefits! 2nd Shift 8 hour shift schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm 9 hour shift schedule: Monday - Thursday Night shift - 3pm - 12:30pm Friday Night shift - 2pm to 10:30pm Mandatory alternating Saturdays Night shift - 2pm to 10:30pm *Must be able to work all shift schedules ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures. * Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications. * Operate overhead cranes for efficient material handling. * Operate 1 machine (Stud machine, Bridging Stacker, Stacker and Painters). * Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Adhere to safety protocols. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. * Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required. | |
