To learn more: www.sony.com/en. POSITION SUMMARY Sony Corporation of America (SCA) is seeking a Summer intern - Creator Community & CRM operations. This role reports to Ross Caravati and supports both Ross & Azumi Ishikawa and will support the growth and activation of our creator community. This role will focus heavily on supporting the launch and day-to-day operations of a new CRM/community platform that will centralize creator information, improve visibility across the team, and enable more consistent tracking of creator engagement KPIs, and serve as a hub for creators. This role will work closely with Ross and Azumi to help build sustainable workflows, support platform adoption, and contribute to broader creator community strategy and execution. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate who is interested in creator marketing, community building, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This position will be on a Hybrid schedule 1-3 days per week in the LA office, dependent on events and other activities as noted by team lead. The target hourly rate for this internship is $21.00 per hour.
