#Careers Job Code:1438691 Job Title : Salesforce Techical Architect Job Location : Atlanta , GA Job Summary Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components to lead architectural design and development within Salesforce solutions Job Description Extensive experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components LWC development and architecture Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including configuration customization and integration Proven expertise in designing scalable secure and highperformance Salesforce solutions Strong knowledge of Apex programming triggers classes and Salesforce APIs Familiarity with Salesforce best practices support mechanisms and governance Experience with full lifecycle Salesforce implementations supporting large user bases Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions within Salesforce environments Strong communication skills for collaboration with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and architectural design patterns Experience working with source control and deployment tools is advantageous Good understanding of Salesforce security architecture and compliance requirements Roles and Responsibilities Lead the design development and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components Architect and oversee multiple Salesforce implementations ensuring alignment with business objectives Collaborate with product owners business analysts and development teams to gather and analyze requirements Provide technical leadership and mentorship to offshore and onshore development teams Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and quality assurance processes Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of highquality solutions on time Conduct root cause analysis and resolve critical production issues related to Salesforce applications Facilitate code reviews testing strategies and deployment activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Salesforce architecture and development processes Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend adoption of new features Skills Mandatory Skills : Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Other details Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree ("LTIM"): Benefits and Perks:
