Summary:

The manager of Retail Performance Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing retail business performance data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize retail operations. This position will focus on Retail Performance Analysis and Dashboard Development within the Mobile business sector. The role involves analyzing retail performance data, interpreting complex datasets, and creating actionable insights to drive sales and operational efficiency.

This position will establish a framework for consistent monitoring, enabling data-driven decisions and performance/operation optimization. The Manager will analyze data to identify opportunities, lead special projects, and develop new KPIs to support business growth.

Responsibilities:



  • Analyze retail performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in sales and operational efficiency with clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
  • Interpret large complex data sets to build and maintain a dashboard.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate all the different data efficiently.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of retail operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retail initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Download and validate POS Sales data, Retail Traffic data, and financial data daily, and maintain the weekly sales & traffic combined dashboard.
  • Support Sr. Manager in establishing and maintaining the dashboard, and Ad-hoc reports that analyze data from multiple sources that provide insights into the performance of the Mobile business.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field of study (Master's Degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the business performance dashboard development, Data Analytics, Sales Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication & analytical skills with the ability to interpret large, complex data sets and build/maintain a dashboard.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining business performance dashboards and reports.
  • The capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multitasking with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
