The Student Care Coordinator supports the holistic well-being and success of all Elmhurst University students by providing direct case management, proactive wellness programming, and cultural and demographic specific responsive care. Reporting to the Director of Student Support Services and Intervention, the Coordinator assists students experiencing challenges related to mental health, social adjustment, academic stress, financial hardship, and other personal concerns. In addition to individualized support, this position develops and implements culturally relevant and inclusive student wellness programming that fosters belonging, resilience, and engagement across campus. The Student Care Coordinator works collaboratively with campus and community partners to ensure students have access to resources that promote their academic and personal success. POSITION STATUS: Exempt SALARY RANGE: $48,000-53,000 This is the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary offered will depend on a candidate's experience and education, and departmental budget. ResponsibilitiesCase Management (50%)

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements The essential functions of this position are primarily performed in an indoor setting with limited exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Work is often sedentary in nature and requires remaining in a stationary position for extended periods. Required abilities include speaking and hearing for in-person and virtual communication, using close and distance vision when reading documents or viewing screens, and performing tasks with repetitive fine motor skills. Work may require occasional lifting, bending, carrying, or otherwise moving objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
