Job Summary:

Reporting to the JDE Manager, the Functional Analyst is responsible for implementing configuration and business changes within JD Edwards. By collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams, you will drive the adoption of best-practice enterprise processes across a complex environment. This role requires technical proficiency in JDE configuration, data migration, and integration to deliver high-quality solutions. Ultimately, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate value through the creation of prototypes, documentation, and presentations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with IT analysts and business stakeholders to develop requirements and perform impact assessments for enhancements or production issues.
  • Translate business needs into JDE system configurations and provide ongoing maintenance and technical support.
  • Implement streamlined, well-documented business processes across the company and new acquisitions to ensure data accuracy.
  • Create and maintain standardized functional specifications, business requirements, and SDLC documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers and other analysts to design, build, and test applications that meet functional goals.
  • Adhere to Enterprise SDLC processes and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field
  • 2+ years' experience IT experience

Travel Requirements:

Travel required 0-5 % of the time to other office locations.

Hours:

This is an exempt position. Workdays are scheduled from Monday through Friday. Typically, work hours begin and end between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm as scheduled with the position's supervisor. Occasional overtime may be necessary for business needs.

Physical Demands:

  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

  • Prolonged sitting.

  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

  • Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch.

Competitive Wages:

$58,000 to $86,000 Annual Salary. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
