What to Expect We are seeking an energetic, team-oriented people-person to be responsible for the performance of Quality technicians on shift. The supervisor will manage a team of technicians to ensure they perform at a high level while meeting the needs of the production floor and product quality. This individual will be responsible for Quality assurance related metrics for their shift. The supervisor will performance manage their team to generate the highest value from every employee while maintaining a high level of technical ability. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
