Zayo is seeking a Global Reach Intern to be responsible for managing resources and projects internally and externally, providing operational, analytical, and business support with the purchase and management of our off-net products in global markets. The role requires someone who is passionate about technology, data-integrity, and a knack for cross-team collaboration. Experience with Salesforce.com, a process improvement mindset, great organizational skills, and effective communication are essential to success in this role.

Pay Rate: $25 USD/hour

Location: Denver, CO

Estimated Length of Contract: 10 weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Management of Global Reach Projects across different Global initiatives.

  • Support GR Product Management with the development and management of GR internal and external resources/data.

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and prepare presentations and proposals with careful attention to grammar, spelling, and style with the audience in mind.

  • Ability to effectively present qualitative and quantitative information and respond to questions from managers, employees, and coworkers.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in dynamic situations.

  • Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information; collect and research data; utilize intuition and experience to analyze data.

  • Requires an individual who is detailed oriented with superb organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.

  • Monitors and checks own work for accuracy and quality.

  • Requires an ability to be flexible and adaptable with work schedules and demands to meet strict deadlines under no or minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work independently or on a team, support team objectives, take initiative, and promote a positive team spirit.

Qualifications:

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Operations Management, or similar field.

  • Strong skillset in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 applications.

  • Strong financial acumen and a passion for data.

  • Self-starter who is able to tackle work in an unstructured environment, comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Must be highly organized and a strong communicator both written and verbal.

  • Ability to adapt to change quickly, as well as manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively.

  • A team player who can collaborate while also remain productive independently.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance and 401(k).
