Own effective management of point-of-sale material to ensure proper and strategically targeted inventory levels to support demands in the marketandmarketing campaigns that provide an effective return on investment (ROI) and minimize waste. Deliveron key performance indicators for sales,freshness,and other controllable expenses (productaccountability,inventory,andsafety)toachieve the keyobjectivesfor assigned sales area. A combination of education,trainingand experience that results indemonstratedcompetency to perform the work may be substituted. 5-7years of related experience in customer relations or sales At least1 year ofexperience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results indemonstratedcompetency to perform the work may be substituted). Computer skills andproficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Wordrequired. Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Must be able toacquireandmaintaina DOT Medical card. Consistent with United States Department of Transportation regulations, the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with thegeneral public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
