Job Description Shift: Night Schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM; 2/2/3 schedule Pay Rate: $19.25 Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler/Warehouse Logistics Specialist where you'll play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. This position offers a challenging environment for skilled forklift operators who excel in inventory management, shipping/receiving, and quality control processes. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts (sit-down, propane, electrical) to transport materials throughout production areas, ensuring efficient workflow and timely deliveries Manage accurate shipping and receiving documentation using warehouse management systems (WMS) Perform quality control checks and assist with troubleshooting customer complaints Address inventory discrepancies and maintain proper stock levels Work in various environments including temperature-controlled areas (up to 110F) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met Provide operational relief for breaks and maintain general housekeeping standards Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Forklift certification with demonstrated experience (3+ years preferred) Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively Physical capability to work 12-hour shifts, occasionally in high-temperature environments Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods during 12-hour shifts Regularly climb on/off equipment, stand, reach, push, and pull materials Frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and routinely lift up to 55 lbs.
