Role Summary: Are you an experienced infrastructure professional with a passion for optimizing digital collaboration tools? As a Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Senior Engineer at Triumph, you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing our digital workplace. You'll own the digital employee experience across Microsoft 365 and other essential collaboration platforms, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and secure environment for all users. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping the way our teams collaborate and work every day. Day in the Life: Your daily role revolves around managing and supporting the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Copilot, and third-party tools like Slack and Zoom. You'll be troubleshooting software issues, investigating incidents, and performing root cause analysis to maintain system health and reliability. Your expertise will also help improve information architecture and governance, ensuring content is easy to find, secure, and optimized for AI tools. You'll partner with stakeholders across teams, ensuring smooth integrations, driving platform adoption, and enhancing the overall digital employee experience. What You'll Be Doing:
Govern the digital employee experience across Microsoft 365 and integrated platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Copilot. Monitor platform health, manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and restore services quickly to minimize disruptions. Manage access and permissions across platforms, ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards. Design and implement scalable SharePoint and site solutions, improving content discoverability, metadata, and governance. Optimize workflows by automating repetitive tasks and streamlining access and provisioning procedures. Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, security, and compliance teams to improve platform usability, compliance, and governance. Collaborate on new software and productivity tools to ensure smooth integrations with existing platforms. Lead the evaluation and implementation of new or evolving technologies while maintaining alignment with governance standards. Develop clear documentation, standards, and support models to enable teams to efficiently use and troubleshoot systems.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
In-depth experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Copilot. Strong working knowledge of content governance, including metadata, taxonomy, and lifecycle management. Experience managing platform access, permissions, and user lifecycle. Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise information architecture. Knowledge of Microsoft Purview controls, including sensitivity labels and data loss prevention (DLP). Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly. Strong documentation and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration. A continuous learning mindset and passion for professional development.
