We are seeking a Cyber Systems Architect to provide visionary leadership in enterprise cyber architecture for next-generation telecommunications systems supporting air traffic management.

What You'll Do

As a Cyber Systems Architect, you will:

    Provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide cyber architecture across telecommunications systems.

  • Shape and drive long-term security roadmaps and advanced defensive capabilities.

  • Lead cross-program integration of cyber controls, ensuring alignment with mission priorities.

  • Oversee threat modeling strategies and strengthen incident response integration.

  • Mentor and guide fellow architects and engineers to elevate architectural excellence.

  • Influence senior stakeholders on investment strategies, policy decisions, and architecture trade-offs.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:
  • Proven Cyber Leadership: 12+ years of experience in cyber architecture or engineering, with a strong track record of guiding senior stakeholders and leading high-impact architecture reviews.

  • Technical Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (an additional 4 years of experience can be counted in lieu of the degree)
  • Industry Credentials: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent certification demonstrating deep cybersecurity expertise.

  • Data-Driven Insight (Preferred): Advanced Excel skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable intelligence and compelling reports.

  • Operational Excellence (Preferred): Experience designing efficient workflows and optimizing processes to enhance compliance, performance, and mission outcomes.

  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
