Based in San Jose headquarters, the Director of Event Programs at Supermicro leads the strategy, planning, and execution of US corporate events, industry tradeshows, customer summits, partner conferences, and executive programs that showcase Supermicro's technology leadership. This role drives brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue impact through highquality, scalable event experiences. The director collaborates crossfunctionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Executive teams to develop event roadmaps aligned with company priorities, while managing budgets, teams, vendors, and program performance. Salary Range
$115,000 - $204,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
