To strengthen our team in Ann Arbor,
we are looking for you as a(n) IT Systems Analyst II. The SAP Analyst for Sales & Distribution (SD) is responsible for supporting and improving SAP SD processes across the NCA region. This role is ideal for a motivated analyst with 3-5 years of handson SD experience who enjoys partnering with business teams, resolving functional issues, and enhancing the OrdertoCash (OTC) process. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT to provide daily support for incidents, analyze business requirements, and contribute to system enhancements aligned with global standards. This position emphasizes strong SAP SD knowledge, effective communication and analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
