The Impact You Will Have This position is responsible for the strategic design, development, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing management of programs that drive Medicare Stars performance and enhance the overall member experience. The role will focus on leading Stars program management efforts and leveraging expertise in Regulatory Quality Measurement Surveys to improve outcomes across key quality measures. The incumbent will partner with leadership and crossfunctional, crossdivisional teams to design and execute initiatives that advance organizational and divisional strategic priorities. This includes ensuring that program strategies align with emerging market, provider, and member requirements; addressing complex business challenges; identifying and shaping new opportunities; and supporting effective change management. The role also serves as a liaison between multiple internal departments. The incumbent will be expected to lead teams across the organization, drive results within tight timelines, and manage program management associates within the division.

Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $102,400.00 - $138,300.00 - $174,200.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
