SUMMARY The Administrative Service Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level administrative and customer service support to patients, families, internal team members and providers. SHIFT Neurosurgery Day shift, from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of administrative and/or customer service experience is required. Equivalency: A relevant Associate's or Bachelor's degree may substitute for required experience on a year for year basis. Certification(s): None Licensure(s): None Salary Information As part of our Total Rewards package, Children's Colorado offers an annual employee bonus program that rewards eligible team members based on organizational performance. If organizational goals are met for the year, the bonus is paid out the following April.
