Job Title:Credit Administration Coordinator Job Description:

Summary

This position is responsible for providing support for the Credit Administration department in its overall risk management of the bank's loan portfolio.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Charge Off and 1099C tracking

    • Prepares information packet reports specific to the charge-off including but not limited to corporate status, bankruptcy status, loan history, note, guarantee, reviewing judgements, settlement agreements, statute of limitations information and any notes which can be helpful upon future activity or review.

    • Analyzes and provides recommendations on next steps to finalized charge off, including if a 1099C is appropriate or if RMG is able to pursue for collection.

    • Updates Charge off tracking document to ensure accurate data and reporting and completes 1099 C paperwork for Finance.

    • Prepares and completes 1099A paperwork for Finance.

  • Other Responsibilities

    • Bankruptcy: Reviews bankruptcy notifications to determine if any action is needed. Send recommendations to the senior lender as needed.

    • Reviews answers to Financial Difficulty Indicator questions for renewals and modifications of loans risk rated 8 & 9 and provides findings to Finance.

    • Assist with the maintenance of the Credit Scorecard (updating balances, loans with weaknesses, etc).

    • Assist with the various tracking involved with PLC and other meetings.

    • Assist with the facilitation of Special Reserves preparation and distribution of repots

    • Assist in the administration of the 6 Rated and Special Mention/Classified Credit Meetings.

    • Leads or supports special projects as necessary to support overall Bank objectives.

Qualifications

  • Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.

  • Solid organizational skills and must be detail-oriented.

  • Able to communicate and work well with others to accomplish goals.

  • Ability to travel to other Enterprise Bank & Trust locations

  • Analytical experience with statistical and mathematical concepts and the use of applicable software.

  • Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting, or finance preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum two years banking experience

Computer and Software Skills

  • Microsoft office suite

  • Google Apps

  • Salesforce
