Job Summary

The Industrialization Facilities & Construction Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple new facilities and expansion projects that enable product rampup. This role oversees construction execution, commissioning activities (including FAT/SAT), BMS and operational technology (OT) integration, and cost/change governance. The position collaborates closely with Operations, Industrial Engineering, EHS, QA, Commercial, Finance, and external partners to meet schedule, budget, and readiness targets, ensure auditready documentation, and enable a smooth transition to operations.

Job Responsibilities

Construction, Commissioning & Integration



  • Lead construction execution across multiple buildings; align progress to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and approved budgets.
  • Plan and manage commissioning activities, including FAT/SAT, prefunctional and functional testing, punch list closure, and turnover packages.
  • Coordinate BMS/OT integration, including alarm strategy, vendor interfaces, system handshakes, and data integrity.
  • Direct field execution, resolve constraints, chair weekly progress and issueresolution meetings, and maintain disciplined risk and change control.
  • Ensure all permits, inspections, asbuilt drawings, and technical documentation are complete, accurate, and auditready.



Cost, Controls & Governance



  • Validate quantities and progress for Schedules of Values (SOV) and pay applications.
  • Enforce scope, cost, and change governance in coordination with Procurement, Commercial, Finance, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate technical, commercial, and regulatory records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leadership, Collaboration & Team Management
  • Lead and influence crossfunctional teams, contractors, and vendors without direct authority; set expectations and drive accountability.
  • Partner with Operations, Industrial Engineering, EHS, QA, and A&E firms to ensure facility readiness and compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor direct reports responsible for daily site coordination and contractor management.



Equipment, Industrialization & Operational Readiness



  • Support sourcing, quoting, installation, and commissioning of capital equipment from a facilities perspective.
  • Develop integrated industrialization plans, including utility hookups, interlocks, BMS/controls integration, preoperational checks, acceptance testing, and handover to
  • Operations with maintenance plans and spares.



Reporting, Readiness & Compliance



  • Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and reports to monitor schedule, cost, risks, punch list status, and readiness metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, decisions, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support regulatory and thirdparty audits with complete, compliant, and auditready documentation.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years in facilities construction and commissioning on large capital projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with FAT/SAT, prefunctional/functional testing, BMS, SCADA, and OT systems.
  • Ability to validate SOVs and pay applications; strong cost and change governance capability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and suppliers without formal authority; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and facilities regulatory requirements.
  • Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance requirements, with ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance if needed.
  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically up to 30%

  • Technical acumen in construction, commissioning, BMS, and OT integration.Ability to influence teams and vendors and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Disciplined approach to risk management, change control, safety, and quality.
  • Commitment to maintaining thorough, auditready documentation.

Compensation Data

Annual Salary: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00
