1.Responsible for adhering to assigned work orders, conducts building tours as directed.
2.Performs a variety of minor repair functions.
3.Monitor the Building Automation System and responds to alarms, fire alarms, utility interruptions, and makes required notifications.
4.Troubleshoots problems with equipment on all floors of all hospital buildings to assess the nature of the problem, the urgency for the user, and instigates an appropriate response.
5.Maintains communication links with Public Safety Department personnel.
6.Familiar with emergency response procedures to ensure the timely response of staff to prevent losses.
7.Subject to a call in anytime for emergencies.
8.Respond to problems of all trades during off shift hours as required.
9. Other tasks as needed

Heavy Equipment Mechanics Experience 2-3 years required
