Position Overview

Join a fastmoving, evolving team where finance plays a key role in the future of our strategy. We're looking for a Manager FP&A who is energized by solving complex problems, building financial clarity out of ambiguity, and partnering across the business to influence meaningful decisions.

In this highly visible role, you'll support our Corporate IT leadership team through insightful financial planning, reporting, and analysis, helping guide decisions and operational performance across a newly combined IT organization. You'll play a handson role in designing enhanced reporting, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting Executive Leadership Team (ELT) requirements following the integration of two major IT functions. This hybrid role can be based in Milwaukee, WI or in Rosemont, IL.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform monthly close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations for Corporate IT.

* Support the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasts, ensuring consistency across newly combined IT departments.

* Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including enhanced leadership reporting aligned to new organizational structures.

* Assist in designing standardized reporting frameworks and performance metrics for the merged IT functions.

* Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities; support execution of action plans to meet department targets.

* Conduct financial and operational analysis to support capital planning for the entire corporate organization, project evaluation, and IT cost allocations.

* Partner with leaders from both legacy and newly combined teams to ensure alignment on financial processes and data integrity.

* Contribute to continuous improvement activities, supporting the documentation and standardization of processes across Corporate IT FP&A.

* Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and Regal Rexnord accounting policies.

* Prepare adhoc reports, models, and analysis as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of finance or accounting experience; experience in global manufacturing or corporate IT preferred.

  • Knowledge of conducting financial and operational analysis to support capital planning, project evaluation, and IT cost allocations is preferred.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights to senior leadership.

  • Ability to travel 5-10% to global Regal Rexnord locations.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Hyperion, OneStream, BI tools, or similar financial systems preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, crossfunctional environment-especially through organizational change.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Expected Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000k.

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base paycompensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, includingbut not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location,candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensationcomparisons among other potential factors.
