Key Exciting Responsibilities

* Orchestrate the entire implementation journey, serving as the strategic partner for clients from initial kickoff to successful software adoption.

* Design and execute tailored implementation strategies that align Trimble's powerful estimating tools with specific client business objectives.

* Mastermind technical software setups and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between MEP platforms and third-party applications.

* Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and AI-driven efficiencies to evolve onboarding processes.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs and influence the software roadmap.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting roles.

* Strong background in MEP trades, engineering, or construction estimating workflows.

* Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex client engagements simultaneously.

* Tech-savvy professional comfortable using CRM systems, productivity suites, and modern AI-enabled tools.

* Superior communication skills with a talent for translating technical concepts into business value.

Bonus Points For

* Hands-on experience with Trimble MEP estimating platforms.

* Educational background in Construction Management or a related technical field.

* Experience documenting software enhancements and navigating product development lifecycles.
