This technical role requires deep mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience working with cooking and refrigeration equipment such as fryers, grills, ice machines, coolers, and freezers. The ideal candidate will operate with minimal supervision, using expert diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to ensure equipment reliability, compliance, and guest satisfaction. Who You Are:
