As a Security Officer - Unarmed Facility Rounds in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will complete routine patrols of buildings and grounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and document observations with clear communication. You will greet employees and visitors, support access procedures, and respond to issues with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
• Control access by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or contractor entry, and directing traffic flow for deliveries and shipping and receiving operations.
• Complete security-related reports such as shift activity logs, patrol notes, and incident reports, and communicate status updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
