Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

The Senior Manager of FP&A is a key finance leader reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A, responsible for driving strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, build scalable processes, and support data-driven decision-making. The position offers high visibility and the opportunity to shape financial strategy during a period of transformation.

  Lead financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting to support strategic initiatives.

  Enhance FP&A systems, tools, and processes, leveraging technology (CPM, ERP, BI, AI) to improve insights and scalability.

  Partner with business leaders and finance teams to identify performance improvement opportunities and deliver actionable insights.

  Prepare executive- and board-level financial materials.

  Manage, mentor, and develop FP&A team members to drive high performance.

  Proven experience leading FP&A strategy in high-growth or evolving environments.

  Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

  Demonstrated success building and scaling FP&A functions, systems, and teams.

  Strong business acumen, with experience in energy, petrochemical, or industrial sectors preferred.

  Experience supporting IPO readiness or public company operations is a plus.

  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; advanced degree or MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.

  5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

  Proficiency with OneStream

  Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

  Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights for non-financial stakeholders.
