Solution Architect; Data, Analytics and AI | Remote
The Solution Architect leads complex Data Analytics and AI engagements that deliver measurable business impact for Vervint's clients. Partnering with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership, this role ensures high-quality outcomes, strong client relationships, and profitable growth. As a senior technical and strategic advisor, the Associate Principal translates business objectives into scalable data and AI solutions, drives revenue through account expansion and sales support, and builds high-performing teams while modeling consulting excellence and delivery standards.

What You'll Accomplish:
- Lead complex, enterprise-scale Data Analytics and AI engagements from strategy through execution, ensuring quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and financial success.
- Serve as a senior technical and strategic expert across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and emerging technologies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating business strategy into scalable data and AI solutions.
- Anticipate and resolve complex program and account challenges with innovative, pragmatic solutions.
- Establish and uphold delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across engagements.
- Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets while maintaining delivery excellence.
- Partner with sales to support revenue generation, solution shaping, and proposal development.
- Build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams across analytics, data engineering, and AI.
- Mentor senior consultants and technical leaders to elevate performance and leadership capability.
- Drive capability growth through training initiatives, skill development, and knowledge sharing.
- Model consulting excellence through executive presence, effective communication, conflict resolution, and adaptive leadership.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience leading enterprise Data Analytics and AI initiatives in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong cross-domain expertise spanning data architecture, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives and business leaders.
- Track record of driving revenue growth, supporting sales efforts, and expanding client accounts.
- Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing technical teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution to deliver sustainable, scalable solutions.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience selling and/or delivering solutions on Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, AI, or digital transformation roles.
- 7+ years of experience in a consulting or client-facing leadership role.
- Experience delivering complex, multi-workstream programs across multiple industries.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake), or AI/ML technologies preferred.
