Title: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Manufacturing/Aerospace BG) Location: Hauppauge, NY 11788 Shift: 1st Shift (7am to 3:30pm) Duration: 6 Months Payrate: $32/hr. on W2 without benefits Summary: We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. Role & Responsibilities: Process incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and documentation. Verify materials and maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with carriers and internal departments. Perform cycle counts and system updates. Requirements: 2+ years shipping/receiving or warehouse experience. Experience with inventory systems (ERP/MRP preferred). Knowledge of shipping documentation and dock operations. Forklift experience a plus. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
