Summary of role: The Commercial Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing the contractual operations for their specified territory to support the Lantheus Holdings portfolio. In this role, the Commercial Administrator will utilize an analytical mindset to manage and process all commercial product rebates, GPO Admin fees and ongoing roster management. This person will have forward-facing interactions with both our customers and our salesforce to help build a strong foundation for Lantheus to continue to grow on. The successful candidate will have a proven track-record to problem solving and investigative mindset regarding financial impacts, is an excellent cross functional collaborator and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Massachusetts and requires a presence on-site three days per week, and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Independently process all monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual commercial rebate programs for all products and all segments. Determine and bring to the attention of management any discrepancies or processes that require actions outside of contractual obligations. Review and understand all rebate agreements and arrangements and flag potential concerns regarding payments or auditing protocols.
- Ensure all rebate and Admin fee data is updated. Coordinate timely entry with Government price reporting colleagues.
- Has ownership of assigned GPO Administration Fees and processes monthly fees with minimal oversight in accordance with contractual obligations. Brings discrepancies and concerns to the attention of management.
- Perform monthly/quarterly accruals for GPO Admin Fees, rebates, third party payment along with updates to any related POs.
- Lend knowledge, expertise and assist as necessary, in the management of international and domestic price entry, ensuring pricing is updated timely.
- Maintain all audit documentation as required by internal controls and SOX requirements insuring internal and external audits are satisfactory.
- Assists the Commercial Administration department in the maintenance of the customer master database ensuring critical customer data is current and reflects customer information accurately including licensing and regulatory approval management.
- Resolves discrepancies using established resources and alerts management of exceptions or problems.
- Implement a range of ongoing and non-routine projects with guidance from management.
- Maintains current knowledge of and ensures all functional work activities are conducted in compliance with the full range of related internal and external systems, technology, regulatory requirements and related policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- 3-5 years of accounting or FP&A experience
- Must have high level skill set regarding Microsoft Excel is required.
- Ability to research and data mine in systems to summarize and present financial results in a clear and concise manner
- Analytical self-starter with a high emphasis on teamwork, timeliness, and quality of work
- Ability to work within and meet all deadlines while executing on multiple deliverables
- Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Detail oriented with ability to "roll up sleeves"

- Non routine travel based on business need.
- Strong customer service and communication skills in managing difficult situations by responding promptly to requests under the guidelines of the Company's contractual obligations.
- Strong analytical skills in identifying problems, developing alternate solutions and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills. This individual will prioritize and plan work activities efficiently. Must be able to meet deadlines as assigned by Manager.
- Must demonstrate a proven ability to coordinate, direct and maintain highly confidential work and materials.
- Ability to work independently and within the department guidelines and procedures. Independently process daily tasks regarding the overall department responsibilities.

The pay range for this position is between $89,000 and $119,000 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
