Position Summary
The primary purpose of the position is to provide overall administrative support to the health and counseling center and to insure a smooth flow of patients through the Health and Counseling Center. This position supports operations by organizing office operations and procedures, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Minimum Education/Experience/Skills
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills
The preferred candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative/office management experience; or an Associate's degree and two-years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative/office management experience; or a Bachelor's degree, preferably with major emphasis on coursework in business administration, public administration, or other related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two to four years' experience providing office support in a medical setting is highly desired. One to two years of experience in medical billing.
Work Schedule and Hours
Health Services hours are MWF 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, TT 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Additional hours may be required for special events.
