POSITION SUMMARY The Executive Partner works directly with the CEO to drive execution discipline, prepare the organization for Board and executive decision-making, and ensure priorities translate into results. This role combines selective executive support with governance, cross-functional leadership, and operational cadence. The Executive Partner is a true executive partner-not a traditional Executive Assistant-responsible for ensuring clarity, readiness, and accountability at the highest levels of the organization. This candidate must be able to meet with the CEO in PA or report to the Anaheim, California office. In addition, the work schedule must align with CEO who is based on the East coast but regularly travels to the West Coast. DUTIES
